Training Programs for the 10 Mile & 5K Races
FREE Online Training Programs
Shortly before February 2, 2026 we will be posting three 10 Mile Training Programs and three 5K Training Programs as outlined below. For each program, the entire schedule will be posted, so runners can examine all of the schedules and decide which will work best for them. You will be able to contact the coaches of each program if you have questions or concerns, either via email or through the Facebook groups listed further down this page. We won’t be sending out emails each week this year, since all of the training programs will be fully available online.
