Training Programs for the 10 Mile & 5K Races
PR Training Programs
Join an IN-PERSON group to prepare for the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile or 5K with PR Training Programs, part of the =PR= Run & Walk Family. Train with an experienced coach and supportive community to get you through the winter months and to the starting line ready to finish or finish faster than you have before! Programs for beginners to competitive racers, you are not “too slow”! 10-week programs start in early February in DC/Arlington, Burke, Vienna, and Reston/Ashburn. FREE ASICS Online Training Programs
We are providing access to three 10 Mile Training Programs and three 5K Training Programs with Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels as outlined below. For each program, the entire schedule is provided, so runners can examine all of the schedules and decide which will work best for them.
You can gain access to the programs either by clicking the box for the FREE Online Training when you register for the race or the lottery. If you have already registered for the race:

- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
You will then be sent an email from Race Roster with links to all the programs.
