Didn’t Get Your T-Shirt and/or Medal Because We Ran Out?

We will ship it/them to you at our expense. If you gave your name and/or bib number at the location where you were unable to get your shirt/medal, we know who you are and will send you your item(s). If you didn’t give your name or if you can’t remember, send an email to info@cherryblossom.org explaining that we ran out of your item(s). We apologize that we were not able to provide you with your shirt/medal at the time. Remember, this is only for people who came to the Expo or to the 5K race site and were not given a shirt and/or medal – those who couldn’t come to the Expo at all to collect their packets will need to use the shipping option described below.

    • A Note on 5K and Double Blossom Medals: Unfortunately we have to re-order the 5K and Double Blossom medals, which will result in a delay in shipping those out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Didn’t Pick up Your Packet at the Expo? Get it shipped to you. 

If you pre-ordered a medal and/or a t-shirt but did not pick them up on race weekend, you may have your items shipped to you for $15 plus an online service fee ($25 for international orders). If you ordered a 5K or Double Blossom Medal and some 10 Mile shirts, we are currently out of stock but will fulfill your order as soon as possible. Note: You will need to login to your Race Roster account or give your confirmation number in order to access the order form when you click the link below. (This option is for people who did not come to the Expo or the 5K Race Site to pick up their t-shirts/medals).

Want to Buy an Upgrade Shirt or Medal? 

Medals: WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE ANY 2026 MEDALS IN STOCK FOR PURCHASE. WE EXPECT TO HAVE THEM RE-STOCKED BY MID-MAY. 

Upgrade Shirts: The only upgrade shirts that are currently available for purchase are 5K and Double Blossom ASICS upgrade shirts. Those are for sale on the CUCB Merchandise Store. We will be adding additional upgrade shirts once we are re-stocked.
