Bib Number Lookup

You will need your bib number for packet pickup. an email containing your bib number will be sent to you in late March. If you don’t have your confirmation email when you come to packet pickup, there will be a link posted here in late March that will enable you to look up your bib number and corral assignment.

Where Should I Go at the National Building Museum?

To ease traffic flow, please note that there will be two entrances to the Building Museum this year – the F Street entrance should be used by 10 Mile participants and Volunteers, while the G Street entrance is for 5K, Kids Run and Double Blossom participants. There will be signage and people to direct you to the proper entrance for the packet you are picking up. If you are running the 10 Mile and have a child running the Kids Run, you can use either entrance (if you go to the F Street entrance, get your 10 Mile packet first, then follow the signage to the Kids Run packet pickup; if you go to the G Street entrance, pick up the Kids Run packet first, then proceed to the 10 Mile packet pickup). If you are picking up with other adults who are running a different race, each of you should go in the correct door for your race, then arrange to meet at the fountain in the middle of the expo floor.

The links below will show you which door of the National Building Museum you should use depending on which race you are running (Expo Flow Map (Outside NBM)) and where to go once you are inside the National Building Museum (Expo Flow Map (Inside NBM)).

Once You Are Inside

Once you enter the Expo, follow the signs for packet pickup for your race, and collect your bib and your t-shirt(s). Once that task is done, you can explore all the exhibitors in the Expo at your leisure. The Health and Fitness Expo will feature the latest shoes and gear from ASICS and other vendors to fill all your running gear needs, and a chance to pick up official Credit Union Cherry Blossom apparel and merchandise. We will have ASICS performance upgrade shirts for sale at the Expo if you ordered a cotton t-shirt at registration but then decide you want an upgrade shirt. Click Here for a map of all the Expo Exhibitors.

What Is the Best Time to Go the Expo?

Bib and MyLaps Bib Tag Pick-up

Bib and MyLaps Bib Tag pick-up and T-shirt pick-up will take place in the National Building Museum – just follow the signs and the directions of our helpful volunteers to get to each location!

Picking Up Someone Else’s Packet

You may have someone else pick-up your bib number on Friday or Saturday at the Health and Fitness Expo at the National Building Museum. The person getting your number will need a note from you (a copy of an email is fine), ID for himself or herself, and will be required to provide his or her email address and sign a statement that the number will be used only by you. If the number is transferred, you will be denied entry into future editions of the race. We regret being heavy-handed here, but unauthorized bib transfers represent a real scoring and security issue for us. PLEASE DO NOT send the note authorizing someone to pick up your packet to us at the Credit Union Cherry Blossom. The person picking up your packet should bring the note (a printout of an email is fine) with them to the Expo!

Upgrade Shirts

Runners who pre-ordered the ASICS performance upgrade shirts can pick them up at the Health and Fitness Expo on Friday or Saturday. They will not be available at the race site on Sunday. Upgrade orders (including sizes) will be indicated in the email containing your final confirmation (sent in late March). Remember ASICS upgrade shirts replace the standard participant shirt; you will not receive both. If you did not purchase an upgrade in advance, you may purchase one at the CUCB Official Merchandise booth.

T-Shirt Exchange

There will be a t-shirt exchange located on the first floor of the National Building Museum where participants will have an opportunity to exchange either their cotton participant shirt or their performance upgrade shirt if it is the wrong size based on availability. We do not guarantee that all sizes will be available but in previous years the t-shirt exchange worked quite well.

Important

There will be no packet pick-up and no t-shirt pick-up at the 10 Mile race site on Sunday, April 4.
