The Credit Union Cherry Blossom Race App

The 2025 Credit Union Cherry Blossom App is available for both iOS and Android devices.

What Is on the App?

You will find lots of current and helpful information on the App, including:

• • Live Tracking of Athletes
  • Leaderboards for Men and Women
  • Bib Number Lookup if you need to find your bib number at the Expo
  • Maps for the Staging Area, Road Closings and 10 Mile, 5K and Kids Run Courses
  • Selfie Frames for Great Selfie Post-Race Photos (including 5K and Kids Run Selfie Frames in the 5K section of the app and 10 Mile and Double Blossom selfie frames in the 10 Mile section of the app) (coming soon!)
  • Live results and rankings during the race
  • Expo Info
  • Race Weekend Schedule

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you download the App, you will be taken to the Home screen. Under the main photo, you will see an option for the 10 Mile section of the app, and if you keep scrolling down you will see an option for the 5K section of the app (see images below). Be sure to click on the correct event so you will be given the information for your race. Once you make that selection, the App will default to your choice, so you won’t have to do that every time you open the App.

Did You Use the App Last Year? If your app doesn’t look like the screenshots below, you need to update it. Use the link below to access the app and get the updated version.

Navigating the App

Once you have downloaded the app, you will be taken to the Home screen, where you will see a photo at the top, then underneath under Featured Events, a 10 Mile icon, and if you keep scrolling down under Upcoming Events, a 5K icon. Click on the appropriate icon for your race (if you are in the Double Blossom, you will no doubt want to switch back and forth between races). 

After you get into the app section for your race, you will see a blue arrow near the bottom telling you to scroll up. When you do, you will see many more options on the app.

Track Runners: If you want to track runners, click on the Start Tracking bar at the top of the menu, or the Tracker icon on the bottom middle. You can then search for participants and select them for tracking.

Switch to Another Race: If you are in either the 10 Mile or 5K areas of the app and you want to switch to the other race, click on the small <Home link at the top left to the left of Info and just under the very small Cherry Blossom logo (see image at right). Then select the icon for the race you want to see more info for.

Searchable Results on Race Day

Searchable Results will be posted on the Race App after each race, as well as on the race website later on each race day, allowing you to see where you placed overall, your pace, and your age group placing.

RunPix Race Results

RunPix results offer a fabulous graphical understanding of your results:

• Display your placing in gender and age divisions
• Pinpoint your location when others finished
• Spotlight the runners you challenged during those final moments near the finish line
• If you have run in previous years, compare your performance this year with prior finishes
• See how many runners you passed and passed you in the first six miles of the race and in the last four miles of the race
• And much more!

All in an eye-catching, colorful, interactive format that lets you scrutinize your performance as never before.

Note: RunPix results will not be available until the evening of each race. But they are worth the wait!
