Race Weekend Team Packet Pick-up, Corrections and Substitutions

Packet Pick-up

 Individual team members should pick up their race packets at the Health & Fitness Expo at the National Building Museum on Friday, April 4 or on Saturday, April 5, 2025. The Team Captain may pick up team members’ packets only with written authorization (a copy of an email or a text is fine) from each team member and an ID for himself or herself.

Substitutions and Corrections at Packet Pick-up

Substitutions may be made from registered runners only; no new entries will be accepted. No team changes or substitutions are allowed on Sunday morning, April 6. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No refunds: The no-refund policy applies to team members who are unable to run.
