Team Competition Entry Process
ALL TEAM REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 CREDIT UNION CHERRY BLOSSOM HAS CLOSED
Those who have registered for the team competition already, you will find information at the links below. Remember, registration for 2025 has closed.
NOTE ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TEAMS AND LOTTERY GROUPS. During lottery registration, some people wanted to be sure that if they got into the race by lottery, their friends and family who registered and entered the same Lottery Group would get in as well (and conversely if they didn’t get into the race, their friends and family wouldn’t either), so we allowed people to create Lottery Groups solely for this purpose. Once the lottery was held and lottery groups were either accepted or rejected, the names of those lottery groups were deleted from the registration database because they were no longer needed. We then held a separate Team registration from January 31- February 28, where people who met the criteria for creating a Team were allowed to register their team in the Team competition. The members of these teams had already been accepted into the race, they just had to fill out a separate team registration form and pay a team fee. If you did not go through the separate Team Registration process after you were accepted into the race, you are not on a team!
